I had to wait almost an hour to see the doctor, but the staff is wonderful. I think they need to book less patients at one time.
I do not like that you are charging a transition fee for using a credit card. If my bill was $50.00, $60.00 or even $100.00, I can see it’s would be easy to pay cash and not use a credit card. (As I do when I get my nails done to avoid a transaction fee) When your services are over $500.00 carrying around that amount of money is much different. You may also be losing money when clients are paying cash to avoid the transaction fee. If a client wants to add additional enhancements to their service, they may not because they didn’t bring enough cash and do not want to use a credit card due to the transaction fee.
Heather was wonderful and my first experience was really easy and almost without pain !!!😉but I was a little surprise to found out that there were no towels available to “ wipe myself from the gel that I was cover with “ But was hand out brown paper towels from the bathroom…. I do not blame Heather for the situation!! I was surprise that the high standard of your établissement was not prepared for the customer need .😊
My original appointment was for 1:30 pm and I was notified by voicemail that morning asking if I could come at 1:00. I responded with yes, 1:00 was fine. I sat in the waiting room until 1:45 until I was seen. The pain for my FemiLift was excruciating. A 10 out of 10 on the pain scale. I was not offered anything to help at this initial visit. Afterwards I was told by Chase Baker, Director that he would make a note in my chart to give me something on my next FemiLift procedure to help ease the pain. Chase was very helpful in explaining things. I feel that Dr. Jacome should have made me aware of the possible pain I was going to experience and once he saw that I was experiencing such pain and discomfort he could have given me something at that time to help me relax and lessen the pain. Thank you for letting me give my feedback.
Long wait, almost an hour before I was taken in for my injection
I was there for two hours for my hormone injection. That does not make me happy..
I was only able to pick up 1 vial of my prescription although I was charged for the full order. I never get a receipt and I am hoping the rest of my order is not forgotten. I would like a receipt with every order showing the dose and medication I am buying.
